Terms of Service / ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

Welcome to TrendDee & TrendDee Publisher (https://www.trend-dee.com). By accessing our website, creator publishing tools, or connecting your TikTok account with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Platform Purpose & Scope

TrendDee operates an e-commerce curation storefront and the TrendDee Publisher platform. Our platform enables creators and affiliate partners to discover curated product review videos and publish or draft them directly to TikTok through verified TikTok for Developers APIs.

2. TikTok API Integrations (Login Kit & Content Posting API)

TrendDee Publisher integrates with the following official TikTok APIs:

• TikTok Login Kit (user.info.basic): To authenticate creators, confirm profile identity (Display Name, Avatar, Open ID), and provide access to the publishing dashboard.
• Content Posting API (video.upload, video.publish): To allow creators to publish product review videos directly to their TikTok feed or send videos to their TikTok draft inbox upon their explicit command.

We comply fully with TikTok Developer Terms of Service and API policies. We do not post content automatically in the background without user initiation.

3. User Control & Account Disconnection

Creators retain full ownership and control of their accounts. You may revoke TrendDee's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's security settings (Settings & Privacy > Security > Manage App Permissions) or by contacting our team at [email protected].

4. Affiliate Disclosure & Intellectual Property

Product recommendations may contain affiliate links (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to the buyer. All trademarks, logos, and promotional media created by TrendDee are property of TrendDee, while third-party product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
