TrendDee & TrendDee Publisher (https://www.trend-dee.com) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data with absolute transparency. This Privacy Policy details our data practices regarding our website, storefront, and our TikTok Developer API integrations.
1. Information We Collect
- TikTok Account Data: When you connect via TikTok OAuth (Login Kit), we receive basic profile info permitted under
user.info.basic: display name, avatar URL, and Open ID. When granting publishing permissions (video.upload, video.publish), we obtain temporary authorization tokens required to post or draft videos.
- Analytics & Logs: Pseudonymized click telemetry, browser user agent, and hashed IP addresses to measure product popularity and maintain system security in compliance with PDPA/GDPR.
2. How We Use TikTok User Data
- To authenticate creators and display their connected profile status in their publishing studio.
- To upload and publish selected e-commerce review videos to the creator's TikTok account strictly upon their command.
- Zero Unauthorized Selling: We never sell, rent, lease, or distribute TikTok user data to any third parties or advertisers.
3. Data Storage & Token Security
OAuth tokens (Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens) are stored in restricted-access server environments with 256-bit encryption. Tokens are automatically refreshed or expired according to TikTok API guidelines.
4. User Rights, Revocation & Data Deletion Instructions
Creators have the right to revoke access or delete their data at any time:
- Revoke TikTok Access: Open the TikTok mobile app > Profile > Settings and Privacy > Security > Manage App Permissions > Select "TrendDee Publisher" > Tap "Remove Access".
- Request Data Deletion: Send an email from your registered account to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will purge your stored tokens and profile records within 30 days.

- เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนครีเอเตอร์ และอำนวยความสะดวกในการเผยแพร่/อัปโหลดวิดีโอรีวิวสินค้าขึ้นสู่ TikTok ตามคำสั่ง
- เราไม่เคยและจะไม่มีการขาย ให้เช่า หรือส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ให้กับบุคคลภายนอกโดยเด็ดขาด
3. สิทธิของผู้ใช้และการขอลบข้อมูล (User Rights & Data Deletion)
ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิ์เพิกถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อผ่านการตั้งค่าบัญชี TikTok หรือส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลมาที่ [email protected] ทางเราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน
